Appointment Cancellation
Patients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
Repeated missed appointments may result in restricted future bookings.
Refund Policy
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the appointment has been completed.
Refunds may be considered if:
The appointment was canceled within the allowed time.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Completed consultations.
Missed appointments without prior notice.
Dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes (as medical results vary by individual).
Incorrect information provided by the patient during booking.
Clinic Cancellations
If an appointment is canceled by the clinic due to unforeseen circumstances, patients will be offered:
A full refund, or A rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.
